My name is Sally Abolrous. I design interactions and conduct user research. I'm passionate about creating enjoyable and compelling user experiences, finding new ways to identify unmet user needs, and working with other designers and researchers to deliver great products. For the last few years, I was managing a UX team at T-Mobile USA, responsible for design, user research, and working with handset manufacturers on implementing T-Mobile's key features. Before T-Mobile, I was studying at the University of Washington, where I received by BS and MS in Human-Centered Design (formerly known as Technical Communication). My philosophy: This website was originally a depository for my professional and academic projects and a collection of links to local usability organizations. I'm planning a redesign, which will include a blog and a list of my favorite products. So, stay tuned.
